Telefonu havada 8 çizerek kalibre et. Yakınındaki mıknatıslar ve metal yüzeyler manyetik pusulayı şaşırtır. Kalıcı bir sapma varsa Sen sekmesinden pusula ofsetini ayarlayabilirsin.

Pro satın aldım ama açılmadı

Satın alma ekranındaki Geri yükle bağlantısına dokun. Aynı App Store veya Google Play hesabıyla giriş yaptığından emin ol; abonelik mağaza hesabına bağlıdır, cihaza değil.

Aboneliğimi nasıl iptal ederim?

iPhone'da Ayarlar → Apple Kimliği → Abonelikler, Android'de Play Store → Abonelikler. Dönemin bitiminden en az 24 saat önce iptal et. Uygulama içinden iptal mümkün değildir.

Doğum saatimi bilmiyorum

Saat bilinmiyor seçeneğini işaretle. Güneş ve Ay burcun yine hesaplanır; yükselen burç ve ev dağılımı ise saat olmadan anlamlı olmadığı için gizlenir. Uydurma bir değer göstermiyoruz.

Verilerimi silmek istiyorum

Sen → Verilerimi sil. Sunucudaki anonim hesabın ve ona bağlı her şey kalıcı olarak silinir. Doğum bilgin ve kayıtlı kişiler zaten yalnızca telefonunda; uygulamayı silmen yeterlidir.

The compass points the wrong way

Calibrate by moving your phone in a figure eight. Magnets and metal surfaces nearby confuse the magnetic compass. If there is a constant offset, you can adjust the compass offset under You.

I bought Pro but it did not unlock

Tap Restore on the purchase screen. Make sure you are signed in with the same App Store or Google Play account: the subscription belongs to the store account, not to the device.

How do I cancel?

On iPhone: Settings → Apple Account → Subscriptions. On Android: Play Store → Subscriptions. Cancel at least 24 hours before the period ends. Cancelling from inside the app is not possible.

I do not know my birth time

Tick the "time unknown" option. Your Sun and Moon signs are still computed; the Rising sign and house placements are hidden, because they are meaningless without a time. We do not show a made-up value.

I want my data deleted

You → Delete my data. Your anonymous account and everything attached to it are permanently deleted. Your birth details and saved people are only on your phone anyway — deleting the app is enough.
