Kullanım Koşulları

Astrio'yu kullanarak bu koşulları kabul etmiş olursun. Uygulama, bireysel geliştirici İbrahim Melikşah Köse (Türkiye) tarafından sunulur.

1. Hizmet

Astrio, bulunduğun yerden görünen gökyüzünü hesaplayıp gösteren bir uygulamadır: yıldızlar, gezegenler, Ay evreleri, Uluslararası Uzay İstasyonu geçişleri ve doğduğun andaki gökyüzü.

2. Astrio ne yapar, ne yapmaz

Astrio ölçüm yapar: gök cisimlerinin konumlarını ve açılarını hesaplar. Kehanette bulunmaz. Doğum Gökyüzü ve Kozmik Uyum bölümleri, iki haritanın geometrik ilişkisini gösterir; gelecek hakkında bir iddia, tavsiye ya da öngörü içermez. Sağlık, hukuk, finans veya ilişki kararlarını bu uygulamaya dayandırma.

3. Abonelik (Astrio Pro)

Astrio Pro yıllık veya aylık abonelikle sunulur. Güncel fiyat satın alma ekranında ve mağazada yazar; mağaza para biriminde tahsil edilir.
Abonelik, iptal edilene kadar kendiliğinden yenilenir. Yenileme, dönemin bitiminden önceki 24 saat içinde mağaza hesabından tahsil edilir.
Ücretsiz deneme sunulduğunda, deneme bitmeden iptal etmezsen ücretli döneme geçilir.
Yönetim ve iptal App Store veya Google Play abonelik ayarlarından yapılır; dönemin bitiminden en az 24 saat önce iptal etmen gerekir. Uygulama içinden iptal edilemez.
İadeler mağazanın kendi politikasına tabidir.

4. Kullanım kuralları

Uygulamayı tersine mühendislikle çözmemeyi, güvenlik önlemlerini aşmamayı ve abonelik doğrulamasını atlatmaya çalışmamayı kabul edersin.

5. Veri kaynakları ve atıflar

Yıldız kataloğu: Yale Bright Star Catalogue (Hoffleit & Warren, 1991) — kamu malı.
Takımyıldız adları ve sınırları: Uluslararası Astronomi Birliği (IAU) — CC BY 4.0.
Uydu yörünge verisi: CelesTrak.
Efemeris hesapları: astronomy-engine (MIT).
Gezegen, Ay ve burç görselleri yapay zekâ ile üretilmiş sanatsal çizimlerdir; fotoğraf değildir.

6. Sorumluluk

Astrio "olduğu gibi" sunulur. Hesaplamalar astronomik modellere dayanır ve yüksek doğruluk hedefler; yine de seyrüsefer, bilimsel yayın veya benzeri kritik amaçlarla kullanılmamalıdır.

7. Uygulanacak hukuk

Bu koşullara Türkiye Cumhuriyeti hukuku uygulanır. Tüketici olarak bulunduğun ülkenin zorunlu koruyucu hükümleri saklıdır.

By using Astrio you accept these terms. The app is provided by İbrahim Melikşah Köse, an independent developer based in Türkiye.

1. The service

Astrio computes and shows the sky visible from where you are: stars, planets, Moon phases, International Space Station passes, and the sky at the moment you were born.

2. What Astrio does and does not do

Astrio measures: it computes the positions of celestial bodies and the angles between them. It does not predict. Birth Sky and Cosmic Compatibility show the geometric relationship between two charts; they contain no claim, advice or forecast about the future. Do not base health, legal, financial or relationship decisions on this app.

3. Subscription (Astrio Pro)

Astrio Pro is offered as a yearly or monthly subscription. The current price is shown on the purchase screen and in the store, and is charged in the store's currency.
The subscription auto-renews until cancelled. Renewal is charged to your store account within 24 hours before the period ends.
Where a free trial is offered, not cancelling before it ends moves you to the paid period.
Manage or cancel in your App Store or Google Play subscription settings, at least 24 hours before the period ends. Cancellation is not possible from inside the app.
Refunds are subject to the store's own policy.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to reverse engineer the app, bypass its security measures, or attempt to circumvent subscription verification.

5. Data sources and attribution

Star catalogue: Yale Bright Star Catalogue (Hoffleit & Warren, 1991) — public domain.
Constellation names and boundaries: International Astronomical Union (IAU) — CC BY 4.0.
Satellite orbital data: CelesTrak.
Ephemeris computations: astronomy-engine (MIT).
Planet, Moon and zodiac imagery are AI-generated artistic renderings, not photographs.

6. Liability

Astrio is provided "as is". Computations are based on astronomical models and aim for high accuracy, but the app must not be used for navigation, scientific publication or similar critical purposes.

7. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. Mandatory consumer protections of your country of residence are reserved.
