Astrio, MelberLabs tarafından geliştirilen bir gökyüzü uygulamasıdır. Bu metin hangi verinin işlendiğini, neden işlendiğini ve nasıl sildirebileceğini anlatır. Kısa cevabı baştan söyleyelim: Astrio senden hesap açmanı istemez ve kişisel bilgilerinin neredeyse tamamı telefonunda kalır.

Astrio bir şirket tarafından değil, bağımsız bir geliştirici tarafından yayımlanmaktadır. Yasal başvurular için açık adres, talep hâlinde yukarıdaki e-posta üzerinden bildirilir.
2. Sunucularımıza ne gidiyor

3. Cihazında kalanlar
- Konumun. Hangi yıldızların ufkunun üstünde olduğu telefonunda hesaplanır. Konumun sunucularımıza gönderilmez, kaydedilmez.
- Doğum tarihin, saatin ve yerin. Doğum haritası cihazda hesaplanır.
- Kozmik Uyum için kaydettiğin kişiler (ad, doğum bilgisi).
- Ayarların (dil, gece modu, birimler, seçtiğin şehir).
4. Neden işliyoruz (hukuki sebep)
- Sözleşmenin ifası (KVKK m.5/2-c, GDPR 6/1-b): Pro aboneliğini doğrulamak ve açmak. Bu olmadan satın aldığın şeyi sana veremeyiz.
- Açık rızan (KVKK m.5/1, GDPR 6/1-a): bildirim göndermek. İzni işletim sistemi ayarlarından istediğin an geri alabilirsin; uygulama çalışmaya devam eder.
- Meşru menfaat (KVKK m.5/2-f, GDPR 6/1-f): çökme kayıtlarıyla uygulamayı düzeltmek. Bu kayıtlar seni tanımlamaz.
5. Yurt dışına aktarım
Supabase, Expo ve Sentry altyapıları yurt dışında bulunabilir. Aktarılan veri yukarıdaki tabloda yazandan ibarettir: anonim kimlik, abonelik durumu ve bildirim jetonu. Bu sağlayıcılarla, aktarılan veriye Türkiye'deki ile eşdeğer koruma sağlanmasını taahhüt eden sözleşmeler (standart sözleşme hükümleri) uygulanır.
6. Verini silme
Uygulama içinden: Sen → Verilerimi sil. Bu, sunucudaki anonim hesabını ve ona bağlı her şeyi (Pro durumu, hatırlatmalar, bildirim jetonu) kalıcı olarak siler. İşlem geri alınamaz.
Dilersen astrio@melberlabs.com adresine yazarak da talep edebilirsin; en geç 30 gün içinde yanıtlanır.
7. Haklarin
KVKK m.11 ve GDPR 15–22 uyarınca; işlenen veriler hakkında bilgi talep etme, düzeltme, silme, işlemeye itiraz etme ve verini taşınabilir biçimde alma hakların vardır. Başvurularını yukarıdaki e-posta adresine iletebilirsin.
8. Çocuklar
Astrio çocuklara yönelik değildir ve bilerek 13 yaşından küçük kullanıcılardan veri toplamaz.
9. Değişiklikler
Bu metin değişirse sürüm numarası ve tarih güncellenir. Esaslı bir değişiklikte uygulama içinde bilgilendirme yaparız.

Astrio is a stargazing app made by MelberLabs. This page explains what data is processed, why, and how to have it deleted. The short answer first: Astrio never asks you to create an account, and almost everything personal stays on your phone.
1. Data controller

Astrio is published by an independent developer, not by a company. A postal address for legal correspondence is provided on request via the email address above.
2. What reaches our servers

3. What stays on your device
- Your location. Which stars are above your horizon is computed on your phone. Your location is not sent to our servers and is not stored.
- Your birth date, time and place. The natal chart is computed on the device.
- People you save for Cosmic Compatibility (name, birth details).
- Your settings (language, night mode, units, chosen city).
4. Legal basis
- Performance of a contract (GDPR 6/1-b): verifying and unlocking your Pro subscription. Without this we cannot deliver what you paid for.
- Your consent (GDPR 6/1-a): sending notifications. You can withdraw it at any time in your operating system settings; the app keeps working.
- Legitimate interest (GDPR 6/1-f): fixing the app using crash reports. These do not identify you.
5. International transfers
Supabase, Expo and Sentry may operate outside Türkiye. What is transferred is exactly what the table above lists: an anonymous ID, subscription status and a push token. These providers are engaged under agreements (standard contractual clauses) requiring protection equivalent to that in Türkiye.
6. Deleting your data
In the app: You → Delete my data. This permanently deletes your anonymous account and everything attached to it (Pro status, reminders, push token). It cannot be undone.

7. Your rights
Under KVKK art. 11 and GDPR 15–22 you have the right to be informed about the data processed, to have it corrected or deleted, to object to processing, and to receive your data in a portable format. Send requests to the email address above.
8. Children
Astrio is not directed at children and does not knowingly collect data from anyone under 13.
9. Changes
If this text changes, the version number and date are updated. For a material change we also notify you inside the app.
